St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 banana
  • handful spinach
  • 1 cup milk (I used almond)
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (I used sunbutter)
  1. Combine ice, banana, spinach, milk, and peppermint extract in blender.
  2. Blend until well combined.
  3. Add protein powder and nut butter then blend again.
  4. Enjoy 🙂
